Hello everyone!
Today I´m going to talk about my favorite movie Le Grand Bleu…

Le grand bleu is an Italian-American-French 1988 film, gender drama directed by Luc Besson.
The film is a heavily fictionalized and dramatized story of the friendship and sporting rivalry between two leading contemporary champion free divers in the 20th century: Jacques Mayol (played by Jean-Marc Barr) and Enzo Maiorca (renamed to "Enzo Molinari" and played by Jean Reno), and Mayol's fictionalized relationship with girlfriend Johana Baker (played by Rosanna Arquette).
Winner of the 1989 César Award for Best Music (Éric Serra) and Best Sound (Pierre Befve, Gérard Lamps, François Groult). Winner of the Académie Nationale du Cinéma 1989 (Luc Besson) prize

The story is about Jacques Mayol an eternal sea lover with a special ability for diving, Jacques helps Professor Lawrence in their marine experiments due to its ability to dive; here knows Johanna who falls in love when sees him. Then he was invited by Enzo, a childhood friend for a Sicilian diving competition at around 400 feet in a 1980s competition. Throughout the film you can see that nothing has or gets Jacques in life, completes him like the sea.

I love this movie for its extensive underwater scenes, and its soft and deep soundtrack, it is a beautiful and emotive film.
Another of the reasons why I like this film is its characters and actors, for example, Jean Reno who plays Enzo Molinari a very comical character.

Anyway, it's a pretty and special movie I really enjoy its scenes and soundtrack…
