My favorite free time activity...

Hello! Now I´m going to talk about my favorite time activity…

In my “free time” I like to read and watch movies or series. I like to read books, tales, magazines, blogs… whatever. I like to read about new findings about science, history, art, medicine, etc. But one of the things that I can’t stop reading are the “paranormal or strange and bizarre articles” Is like a “morbid” hobbies and my family and friends always laugh or get scared when I tell them these stories.

I also like to read about other cultures and their customs I am very interested to know how people in other parts of the world and other times saw the world and how they give meaning to their behavior.
I don’t know why but for me all these things are very important and very interesting since when I was a child these topics caught my attention.  I think and I feel that reading books and short stories, I can meet and learn more about these topics that fascinate me so much.

About series is a complicate topic because when I like some series I obsess and try to watch all chapters… I have a problem I know.

My favorite food

Hello everyone!
I´m going to talk about my favorite food.

Really is very difficult because I like almost every type of food.
I really like eat, if you cook it well, I will eat it! I like the flavors, smells, colours textures and consistency of food and as these create a world full of stimuli
I must be honest and admit that I like almost every type of food. I can just as easily eat a chocolate cake as a plate of beans.I think that maybe my favorite food must be Italian food.

“Italian food” is known for the generous use of garlic in its preparations. That apart, this culinary tradition lays strong emphasis on the use of fresh produce such as tomatoes as well as various herbs and a healthy cooking medium such as olive oil. To add to it, fine wine is as integral a part of Italian cuisine as a variety of yummy cheeses. So, if you love fine dining and appreciate healthy and simple food preparations, there is no reason for you not to like Italian cuisine

I guess the bottom line of it all is that no matter how you look at it, Italian cuisine is absolutely delicious. There is something for everything, vegetarians, carnivores, dessert-aholics you can find something in Italian food that you will fall in love with.
I think that I love Italian food because it is very tasty food and their recipes are very easy and natural, I like too because it has salad, pastas, soup, marine ingredients like sweet recipes and spectacular desserts.

All of these are absolutely delicious!

Hello everyone!
Today I want to talk about my experiecie learning English in the University.

This year I was in English 4 and it was a new and very “educational” experience. The teaching time was fun and educational at the same time because Andy (our teacher) prepared our classes in a very didactic way, by means of games, contests and discussions with other partners, we learned about different topics.

This made the class very fun and short, for me, was the best thing that ever happened to me for delve into this language because I learn easier with activities. Our English class has a small group of people; we interact and talk much in class... you can ask anything to your partners or Andy any questions that you have will be answered.

We studied subjects like, verbs, directions, adjectives, activities, etc. Which I think helped me increase my vocabulary, I feel now that I have basic knowledge for interacting with people who speak the english. Also in class we had to write a blog about a particular topic, I liked this activity because we had the option of writing about anything that we like.
I think I still have a lot to learn but overall I think this year the English course was very entertaining and I learned a lot. I think I still need to strengthen my pronunciation and use of connectors...sometimes I understand and know what things mean, but when I talk I feel that I speak like Tarzan ...Hahahaha!

I use English a lot especially when I watch television, as most of the series that I follow are in english. I also love music and know a bit of english, helps me get an idea of the things I'm hearing and completely enjoyed the songs.

I hope to strengthen my learning about this language because I would love to travel to United Kingdom someday.

2014
Have you had a good year?

Hello everyone today I´m going to talk about my 2014Although the year is not over yet, I have a general about 2014. This year in particular has been a year of decisions about myself. However, it has not been a year of ups and downs, rather it has been a quiet year and I have dedicated myself to enjoy what is around me; family, friends, music, books, nature… all these things and more.Perhaps what has not been very good this year was my “medical experiences” because I got sick and had to keep some medical treatments, that depressed me a bit because I don´t like going to the doctor and I hate being sick.
One of my achievements this year has been to develop the ability to control my emotions and think about this. That has allowed me to relate better with people around me and understand very many situations that previously I didn't understand.

This year I have learned many things that I was intrigued, for example I read about feminism, queer theory, role of the psychologist in the school, I have discussed the role of psychologists in context of prison; I visited the prison, etc. I've seen some of the different areas in which you can perform like a psychologist. For the same reason, I have been more interested in my career and I discovered many interesting things about the different areas in psychology. Now I can imagine working in therapy for example I would like work with families and couples because human relationships are very interesting for me.This academic year has been very motivating for me and made me realize that studying psychology was a good decision.

Hello everyone!
Today I´m going to talk about my favorite movie Le Grand Bleu…

Le grand bleu is an Italian-American-French 1988 film, gender drama directed by Luc Besson.
The film is a heavily fictionalized and dramatized story of the friendship and sporting rivalry between two leading contemporary champion free divers in the 20th century: Jacques Mayol (played by Jean-Marc Barr) and Enzo Maiorca (renamed to "Enzo Molinari" and played by Jean Reno), and Mayol's fictionalized relationship with girlfriend Johana Baker (played by Rosanna Arquette).
Winner of the 1989 César Award for Best Music (Éric Serra) and Best Sound (Pierre Befve, Gérard Lamps, François Groult). Winner of the Académie Nationale du Cinéma 1989 (Luc Besson) prize

The story is about Jacques Mayol an eternal sea lover with a special ability for diving, Jacques helps Professor Lawrence in their marine experiments due to its ability to dive; here knows Johanna who falls in love when sees him. Then he was invited by Enzo, a childhood friend for a Sicilian diving competition at around 400 feet in a 1980s competition. Throughout the film you can see that nothing has or gets Jacques in life, completes him like the sea.

I love this movie for its extensive underwater scenes, and its soft and deep soundtrack, it is a beautiful and emotive film.
Another of the reasons why I like this film is its characters and actors, for example, Jean Reno who plays Enzo Molinari a very comical character.

Anyway, it's a pretty and special movie I really enjoy its scenes and soundtrack…

My future job

Hello everyone!

Today I wish to speak about a job that I will like to do in the future... I would have my own “practice” and I would like work with families and couples because human relationships are very interesting for me. I would like to help people in the way that they (and me too) can understand themselves in relations with others.

I imagine it a lot of work, with a lot of people with interesting stories and much to tell. I imagine it will be stressful but very interesting and satisfying as I will be working directly with people who need me.

Probably most of the time I will be working indoors but I hope travel a lot for study and training courses because this future job is very important and interesting because it is connected to many other areas of our life… and probably will be my job for a long time.
I would like to do a Masters and PhD related to families and couples therapy and someday be able to teach classes or conferences and thus lead topics such as "how we relate to the world and ourselves" for people in general.

Another of my projects is to make a study about the role that language and culture has in ways that we understand and relate us with world, but if is related to "my future job" this is a more personal project.

My best holiday...

My best holiday was in the summer in 2008 I remember I liked this holiday the best because I visited the south of Chile for first time and it was really important for me because it was the first time I traveled only with my grandma.

The travel was organized for a Folkloric Group and their families so a lot of people were familiar. We traveled on a bus for one week, was really comfortable because all the people were really friendly and sympathetic I think  that was perfect because I didn’t know any place and everything was new...and all the people told stories of their experiences in and about the south.

We visited different parts in Chiloé and all the places were amazing! The island had beautiful places and was really charming. I remember the “Costumbrista Festival” where I saw how the fishermen were doing they boats, I rode a horse and I touched a cow. It was one of the best experiences of my life because I love cows!
Another thing that I always remember about this holiday is that I ate Curanto made in the ground. It was so delicious and natural.

I have beautiful memories about this holiday because there were many new experiences, and I always wanted to visit Chiloé.
